School Based Mental Health

This service offers in-school time-limited therapy to youth between 12-18 years old (and their families) who are struggling with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and family/peer/relationship conflicts. This service is offered in collaboration with the four local school boards. All services are provided in a confidential setting within the school.

Clients are referred by the representatives of the four school boards (i.e. Guidance Counselor, Principal/Vice-Principal, School Social Worker). Students and their parents can also request CFC service voluntarily through these representatives. For more information contact CFC at 705-525-1008.
